If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrepXpert regarding your use of our services.

User Accounts & Registration

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities

Permitted Uses

Prohibited Uses

  • Sharing, copying, or distributing our proprietary content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our systems
  • Using automated tools to access our services
  • Creating fake accounts or providing false information
  • Engaging in any illegal or harmful activities

Content Usage

  • All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Study materials are for personal use only
  • You may not resell or redistribute our content
  • Violation of these terms may result in account termination
Payments & Subscriptions

Payment Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
  • Payment must be made in advance for subscription services
  • We accept payments through secure payment gateways
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with notice

Refunds

  • 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • No refunds for violation of terms of service
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support system
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • We are not responsible for exam performance or college admissions
  • Users are responsible for their own academic preparation

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services

Termination & Enforcement

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan
  • Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Pakistani courts
